How can I as a facilitator take care of the influence/effect(positive or negative of the gender issue on the learning of my students?
A learning group aimed at acheivable goal, willing participatory of every individual. In this case eveyone in the learning group has interest already, I as a facilitator will encourage all in the group to do the best. In a group discussion, will let ladies be in one or two if they are many and men be in their group but this as well is on one's will meaning any lady can choose in which group she want to share her experinces freely. I will encourage ladies to be in a group of ladies because this way, one may expressed hershelf well meaning in this group there will be no fear, not like in a mixed group of men and ladies where ladies may fear to expressed her idea because of fear of men.
How can I ensure as a participant in the learning group that the charestiristics are acheivable?
It's through sharering experiences that a learning group have charestiristics, individual interest to learn, willing participation,good learning envrionment these encourages every participants and ensure that the charestiristic is acheivable. I as in the group, I will keep eveyone in group to freely share his/her idea and be comfortable.

I have read " will keep eveyone in group to freely share his/her idea and be comfortable" from your work. How will you do this practically?
Other than ladies being in their own learning group, which other alternatives would one opt for as a facilitator of learning to minimise the influence of gender and cultural sterotypes?
