What would I do to improve my practice as a Tutor of VTC.
This question can direct me to how and what can i do to improve my daily practice.
There are many things involves in this process:
a) Approach
b) Presentation skills
c) Communication knowledge
d) Documentation.
a) Approach
As a teacher in a vocational Training Center, and as in SLC, I have to prepare and appaouch students in a good way from entrance, indroduction by me to students and students to me and the rest. Together withe learners draw the plan of what the students, want to learn, in this way learning will take place both side means the students, facilitator and the students will learn for life because he/she constibutated in the solutions.
