Had a learning group meeting and discussed:
a) What is a learning group?
b) What is the charesteristic of a good learning group?
c) what influence/affect a gender on a learning group?
LEARNT:
Defination of learning group: Is a group of 2-5 people agreed at a certain time to share their experinces physically or via computer/internet surported net work for acheivable goal.
What is a good charesteristic of a good learning group:
A good learning group should be,
-keep records of minute
-All member should participate willingly
-Individual should be responsible
-Should have leader to facilitate the meeting.
-Should have rules/regulations
-All are to be comfortable.
-organised.
What influence/affect gender on a learning group:
-The facilitator is to encoraged by being close alway
-Good treatment.

Have some few comments;
1-Language has proved to be an important tool in learning, please take good care of it during your documentation and ensure that the sentences written make meaning to however will read your work
2-As a facilitator, what is the infleunce/effect(positive and negative) of
the gender issue on the learning of your students? How will you take care of this during learning facilitation?
3-How will you ensure as a participant in the learning group that these characteristics are achievable in your group?
